    this Draco was fascinating to me because he has an iron-strong grip on the illusion of control, but the cracks are there and they are getting worse and he refuses to really see them. he's created this miserable mirage of a perfect life that drains him of any remaining humanity to maintain it (OH my god, those poor kids).

    ultimately, i think Draco would be his own demise.
