    "“They let us come back in your 1800s,” the angel said defensively" and Uriel's reluctant use of a different calendar system!

    "His skin was still crawling with the memory of the horrible power of the Christian demon’s magic, hot and dangerous." That would definitely still be a rough memory 100 years later.
