Thanks for commenting! I'm glad you liked that this ability didn't happen in early childhood. Sakura was supposed to be the normal one so I let her have her normal childhood. The Wave mission is where both Naruto and Sasuke had character growth/upgrades, but nothing really changed for Sakura in canon even though this mission was just as terrifying and important for her.
