Comment on Kratos of the Blue Lions

  1. Great job on the story so far. Have always wondered how a crossover like this would go, especially since this is post Ragnarok Kratos. Will say I am very interested to see where this goes with Kratos and Mimir as those two are a great duo with how they play off each other rather well. Was rather surprised that not many people made a crossover between these two settings, well with the more western influenced but still very Japanese fantasy Fire Emblem and very western based God of War. It always interests me seeing how these two different types of Fantasy interact with each other with the realism of God of War and the fantastical elements of Fire Emblem.

Will say it does remind me of the other story with the two settings crossing over each other here on Ao3. Was not my thing though as it had young Kratos in it and not the more wiser one, but it did make me start to wonder how these two settings would interact actually. I mean with one of the chapters of Mimir talking with Kratos about the history of Fodlan, it did make me wonder what Kratos thought about those names, well other than his usual grunts anyway. As I think lots of names in Three Houses are rather Greek no? Well all I know was the Kingdom of Nabatea in real life and that's all that I know that popped out when I read about the story of Three Houses.

Hope to see more soon as you have done a great job of keeping me interested to see where this goes. I wonder if any other characters from God of War will arrive like Atreus or Freya for example. Would be amusing to see Atreus just show off his magic to everyone in my eyes and he is of similar age to the students I think, well a teenager anyway.

    1. So, unfortunately, Atreus or any of the other GoW characters will not be making an appearance, as the story is already heavily burdened with a bloated cast of characters. As for how everything else will play out, we shall soon see.

      1. Thanks for clarifying. Did not think of how blister the cast was already.

Looking forward to see how things play out soon. Especially once Kratos gets into fighting.

      1. If you cross search the "God of War (Video Games)" and "Fire Emblem Series" fandoms on this website, you will find a short list of stories featuring this crossover.

      2. Yeh, you can find it with what the author suggested, if you want it is called "Fodlan's God of War."
