   I was originally thinking about that but then realized that they would have no evidence to back that up, and even if they did, I’m pretty sure most people would either hand wave it off or think they mean something gigantic like the Black Arms, not like the invasion the Enclave are doing.

   Most of them would think of a Galactic sledgehammer whilst the Enclave works with in the shadows.

      True but the Wisps could spread the news to themselves and could eventually reach Tails who has a translator. A lot of distressed Wisps will be harder to ignore especially since they provide the power sources for the resistance’ weapons.
