Thank you! I pour a lot into these scenes, and this chapter in particular was rough. It's not because it's close to anything I've experienced, but because I try to make the violence visceral and difficult to stomach.
There's more coming, I've just been really busy with some IRL stuff and that interfered with my ability to sit down and write. I've been slowly picking away at my WIPs and trying to ease back into continuing this fic, because I still have a lot of motivation, it's just overcoming that rustiness.
