In all seriousness, this is great. I think Blake deserves Jaune's help more as getting Menagerie functional will help Weiss indirectly by breaking up the White Fang and SDC faunus employees. However, Weiss will need Jaune's help very soon after because once the shitstorm is kicked up her dad will probably try and force Jimmy to attack Menagerie because it is a threat to his bottom line. I do feel like Jaune could deal a solid internal blow by brewing a Potion of Sobriety to give to Willow. Restoring her to pre-booze levels might help... or make things worse. But it'll be a one-two push that will be hard on everyone.
As for how Blake appeals, instead of you embracing her Worsting it up, have her use how honest-working Menagerie is; she will appeal that way to show the gifts will not be squandered. Also, talking with her parents to help because her pride is worth losing to help Menagerie.
