I guffawed out loud at the notion of the Elisabeth having just arrived in hell, absolutely hilarious!!! (And so fucked how it kinda breaks the fourth wall) And awww, Pen does have a son, his immediate and idiotic answer to Angel in the pilot hits harder now that we know the feelings and unshod hope behind it. Normally I’m not that big a fan of writers changing the characters so much as you have to when writing pre-canon, but this is really great so far, and I love how you’ve done your research for this. And now Charlie has a little more experience, so she knows what she (might) get into next time!
Hah, I'm happy to see a lot of people got a laugh out of that one. I did think it was very clever. I'm also not big on changing canon, but when so little is known about the characters, some change is reasonable and honestly expected. I'm glad you enjoyed it! Thanks
