   So wait i’m kinda confused,what exactly is babylon in this story?
   Is it some kind of organization run by the four main families(the kaslanas,the schariacs,the apocalypse,the Houraiji)or is it supposed to be some sort of large advanced "academy city",or is it something completely different?

      Babylon is a large global organization like Schicksal. The Akademie is the education sector of Babylon where they train new Valkyries and stuff
