    so glad you enjoy the acu, that was the working title and then i was like, what am i gonna do, change it?? tbh i thought of making an acu series and adding all my aysar fics to it, except *cough* if you count all the ones that mention him, that's every dbd fic i have except one. lmao.

    good omens reference! i love to wave at those when they go by! and i mean it also just makes sense?? (also be treated to the idea of charles stealing a first edition agatha christie from aziraphale and leaving about double what a normal book is worth, i.e. not nearly close to the actual value 😂 although not that aziraphale would care about the actual amount when one of his books has vanished!!)

    riz ahmed is a very handsome man and i am also biased because he plays sad characters REALLY well and i just want to see him happy 🥺 (he's also the voice actor of ballister blackheart in nimona, if you've seen that? great movie) but yeah poor aysar having to see 16-year-old charles, that would be heart-breaking 😭😭😭

    i DEFINITELY leaned into the trope, i just want charles to get that good good hurt/comfort!!! and yeah edwin and aysar getting to bond! poor aysar was trying his best but edwin was hit with the ol Bestie Jealousy

    the haunting was very much inspired by the amazing twitchy richie scene in canon, i think the walking scissor would also have added to it <3 also i was the one writing this but i was just chanting in my head the whole time, GET THEIR ASSES CHARLES! luckily he also has two vengeance-taking besties to bring out the psychological horror!

    yeahhhhhhh this was supposed to be an innocent pre-canon WITHOUT canon divergence and then aysar grabbed me and whispered into my ear, "actually they should kiss at the end," and who was i to refuse him???

    thanks! i know so little about the british justice and school system so i'm afraid not 🥺 but it will feature scenes from port townsend to show what changes (and what DOESN'T) with this canon divergence, similar to iicrts <3
