I misspoke a bit, the water itself didn’t have much effect so much as the little bit of sand in the water that gets into it. Then, I sprinkled a little extra sand in specific spots to carefully dry for a little gritty/shimmer texture. And I’ve used salt with watercolor for some really cool texturing (look it up, different salts have different effects in some ways) in waves and galaxy prints. It has that crystallized effect you mentioned!
It’s really cool how accessible portable watercolor has gotten. I’ve got those squeeze brushes for painting on the go that doesn’t require much brush variance.

Beverages. I am a beverage bitch. I would be giving them lemonade, smoothies, milkshakes, pops (carbonation!), malted milk, apple juice!, all the teaaaaas!!!!! (Oh my good trying a new tea every week or something, cheap and easy to test spice flavors and sweeteners and such. A FUCKING MER TEA PARTY WITH COOKIES and the teapot is pretty, because I would have a pretty teapot. I have a few, I adore them.)
