         OH that makes a LOT more sense. I think Stannis would support Lyss for sure but he’d also think her weak bcs she’s a woman and also there’s Melisandre who wants stannis to be king so not sure yet

            According to the laws, she is the heir and Stannis has to follow the rules, which is why he declared himself king. I see him supporting her and being her hand and doing certain things against his queen's will, because if he declares himself king, people will see him as a new Aegon the usurper.
