regarding V/Uzi, i think i've revealed elsewhere that almost a year ago, Hostile Takeover began life as a test run before tackling what i really wanted to write: a V/Uzi fic called Somnambulance. but, as i've come to understand these characters better, my desire to write V/Uzi has just about vanished. V is a bit paradoxical in that i love her in other fics, but i enjoy her so, so much less when i'm the one who has to write her. it's difficult for me to imagine V/Uzi working in a way i could enjoy; i simply don't relate and sympathize with V as deeply as i do J. i've joked about why
though i have a bit more fun thinking about J/Uzi/V dynamics.
finally, about TADC, i wouldn't call myself a fan, though i'm looking forward to more episodes and i'm hopeful that it might day truly impress me. i quite enjoy Gangle and Zooble, though i'm worried the later will wind up being the J of the show with how much care the narrative's shown her >.>
