    First, thanks for leaving a comment and expressing your opinion. It means a lot to me.

    Second, while I did lean a bit to the “Quirkless equals useless and society hates Quirkless” bit as you described it, it doesn't reflect the worldwide opinion on Quirkless people at all. Just like there are, unfortunately, racists in our real life, there are quirkists in the world of the story.

    I don't know how Horikoshi intended it to be, but here in my fanfic, the world overall respect quirkless people as members of society who can play other roles like scientists, soldiers, teachers, etc. Basically, they're just like any average person in real life. And since currently Ki is still not world-wide known, people like Goku and Krillin are mistaken to have a Quirk or have experienced some kind of quirk unleashement.

    Now as for Japan, I'm leaning towards the "HPSC is corrupt but there are good people among them" bit. To put it simply, Japan prefers heroes with flashy quirks. Heroes are paid depending on their ranking, with popularity and power playing a huge role in this ranking. In other words, Hero A could solve thousands of cases but be paid less than Hero B because B is way more powerful and popular than A. You could obviously tell something is wrong. And police officers are treated like janitors who simply clean after the Heroes.

    Then you have Midoriya's area which, for some reason, seems to be empty of any other quirkless individuals. With Midoriya being the only powerless weak quirkless person, he's simply the easiest victim to target.

    Don't worry. I'm planning to update the story somewhen from now to December, and in a few more chapters, I'm going to delve more into Izuku's personality and explain how Katsuki's bullying had a huge impact on him.

      Nice to see you’re perspective, still think though that the general mistreatment of Quirkless people is less of seeing them as the standard “inferior race” that racists believe/have the thought process of and rather they just see them as really fragile because all Quirk people think on the fundamental level that they’re superior to Quirkless people, ie, just having a Quirk gives them better physical stats than Quirkless people or better “durability” than Quirkless people but that’s obviously been proven wrong by the nature of MHA fights being these very quick fights settled in one or two big punches while DBZ fights are obviously more long winded, have characters flying through mountains and buildings, etc. as well as the fact that you have cases like Iida suffering nerve damage from a stab wound he got during the Stain fight.

      Besides that, I’m pretty sure it’s clear that all MHA threats are rendered jokes in this fic as far as I’ve gotten because the power gap is just so vast that it’s literally like any of DBZ Goku’s interactions with DB level threats like cyborg mercenary Tao in DBZ or Pilaf and his gang. So the only thing left is DBZ level threats which I hope this fic puts a lot of focus on movie threats like Broly (who could just be part of the League of Villains just for the sake of getting an opening at killing Gohan if you really wanna keep MHA villains in the picture), Janemba, Android 13, Hirudegarm, and Bojack before Majon Buu makes an appearance. Of course none of them will have Quirks because Quirks are frankly beneath all of them and a waste of time.

      I could also see Izuku learning to use Ki and general DB training which just fast tracks him to being strong enough to use 100% of OFA and basically make OFA his version of the Super Saiyan transformation with how it’d amp his power but obviously he’ll still be weaker and reach his peak before the Saiyans because those guys whole limitless potential, zenkai boosts, and other transformations that constantly stack multiplications to their power that just leaves Izuku in the dust. But it’d still be cool to see Izuku be part of the Majin Buu saga where he tries his hand at fighting Buu with maybe both Gohan and him landing in the land of the Kai’s in the final fight portion as more people to fight and hold off Kid Buu as the spirit bomb is prepared to finish him
