   i know you wanted the light-hearted tone to stay consistent through the chapters, but i thought you balanced it well with a serious tone in the heaven sequence with! in fact i LOVE the scene with bakari, it adds worldbuilding and lore to how angels work and function systematically and provides context for workplace attitudes towards demons (which is so funny ‘cause it’s like healthy competition with a rival department in your company, lmao).

   also i can’t wait for these two idiot immortals to kiss uwu!!!!!

      Thanks for the encouragement! I wasn't sure about this chapter, so I'm glad you liked it.

      And I can't wait for them to kiss and confess for real, either! I have a scene I wrote that's serious for afterward. Now I just have to get them there. The inspiration will hit soon, I hope.
