    Yeah that is pretty much it.

    The very fact that Jazz bonded to Prowl is more than enough for them to fire both of them.
    If you start with the worse threat it can't get worse than that no matter how much is stacked on top.

    Prowl is actually the better of the two for this conversation.
    He is not Optimus' boss for one so it is more equal.
    Prowl is known for being calm and reasonable and logical.
    Prowl is good at reading if someone is paying attention or not (he has had a LOT of pratice with Jazz. Basically he is pretty much always paying attention, but sometimes not).
