Comment on In Conversations and Time

  1. I'm so delighted this exists????
    Like genuinely???
I have every respect for people who are all in on the Siffrin/Isabeau train (Isebeau's crush is admittedly adorable as hell)
But my god having "I am not good at feelings and am aware of it" Odile trying to reach out and comfort Siffrin because she CARES about them is my freaking JAM
I think the moment I found out she can FIGURE IT on her own is just given enough clues on how the heck any of this is happening was what solidified for me that ah these two, i want platonic content of these two
(I just finished the game myself and the brain rot is reall)

    1. THANK YOU I am truly in love with Odile content because I just really truly like imagining how she like?? functions?? and experiences the world?? and views Siffrin, since they also are the closest in age, and both share a feeling of not belonging to a country you're supposed to belong to (which I can relate to as well, which is also probably why I love this game and these two so much). So I will earnestly attempt to represent their relation with each other as close to their characterisations and motivations as I can, also so I can sleep easy at night lol. Thank you so much for reading and leaving such a nice comment:))

      1. Of course!!! I feel like comments on fics are pretty scarce these days, so I try to make them when I find a fanfic I really like!
Odile is honestly my favorite character in the game, for all that I relate to Siffrin on several points, enough to have made me put out a couple character studies (I call them Think Pieces because they literally are just me rotating a character for x amounts of words) on her myself as I've made the effort to really unlock her in my brain. Siffrin and Odile are honestly sooo similar at their cores, esp when I view both as fiercely caring individuals who are just a lil awkward about showing it to anyone and especially each other!
(The brain rot is still real half a year later whoops!)
