   You do so well by these characters; I was happy to see you’d written another story about them. KJ, particularly, is great — the contrast between the off duty Kathryn we see on the holodeck with the pragmatic Janeway we see in New Zealand. One wonders how much guilt (over her career-savvy decision to not reach out after he came forward) played a role in her asking for Tom to join Voyager.
