          Jaehaerys' frustration is mostly from Valerion's arrival itself. Valerion puts the entirety of Kings Landing on edge and doesn't really have a better explanation to do so than 'I wanted to'.
          That is then furthered by his fear regarding Valerion's claim about venturing to Valyria. Jaehaerys can only believe this man is a ticking time bomb bearing some manifestation of the doom, akin to Aerea.

          Alyssa's problem is different. Her concern is to do with the threat this man represents. Valerion is a unknown quantity who proves to be rather insulting to her family, intended or otherwise.
          Alongside that Alyssa has little patience for those whom she sees as threats to her family.
