    Thank you very much! I have seen far too many a python or bulldog named something like Princess, Buddy, or some other typically innocent/harmless name, and I happen to find it extrmely funny. Azog would absolutely forge a neon pink collar for his princess, coloured by the blood of her enemies. Book!Thorin yaps far too much for me to not include it, it's just too endearing, as you say. And all will be revealed with time! But what I can say for now is this:
