    idk yet if i'm going to make it mpreg or not, because i'm not that sure of how i would make it work (and how it works), but its something that i'm thinking about (sorry if my answer doesn't make sense)

      It makes sense, don't worry. But if you want to put this in the story and feel comfortable. You could put it as Merlin is the son of a Dragon lord (it is not known if the father died or not) He inherits this power, and because of this he may or may not get pregnant (you can choose, but that's up to you). That's why it can combine with Arthur's blood curse.
      It makes sense? Like the curse on both Arthur (because Merlin is his and is so possessive) and also on Merlin because he doesn't know what he's feeling, because his inherited power isn't complete. Or something like that.
