The yiga waking her up is so mean, but well, didn’t expect anything else. Love that they absolutely relish in Zelda‘s situation.
But still poor Zelda trapped in the dungeons. My heart. Gah.
A sliver of faint torchlight peeked through the barred door, spreading like sunrise with each leaden step. The unmistakable contour of Ganondorf’s form filled the entry, seizing her heart with dread but also the slightest, most curious relief. At this depth, the presence of anyone was a respite from the void of no one. - this is so dangerous, depriving her of company. But it has been just what, a day? If Gan keeps that up, he will break her easily.
The gloom hands doing that job and breaking her, pulling a deep hidden truth out of her. Oh, I love it. Ganondorf patiently waiting for her confession and then kind of rewarding her with a kiss and freedom from the dungeons. Yippie!
I think it's been about 72 hours total, from house to Castle to Lockup to wake-up. So you know, forever!! But between the sleep deprivation, hunger, shock, and Ganondorf calling back to a possibility he snuck into her mind 10,000 years before like some sort of guilt-induced sleeper cell, she's not exactly at her best. A little susceptible to suggestion, one might say.
