    Ahhhhh this is so goood!!! I also just realized something in tts it took several months for the gang to go from corona to the dark kingdom, and when they returned by hot air balloon it took two days which means Varian will be stuck in the human world for two and a half years before he can go back to the crystal empire unless they figure out the spell that gold Lilly used to trick the portal.

      Also a good one shot story idea is Varian interacting with Apple jack and Apple bloom when they go hunting for the great spirit. “Going to seed”, which is season 9 episode 10, quick summary is: it’s harvest season and apple bloom is reminded of the great seedling which leads to a little drama before Apple jack and apple bloom start hunting for the great seedling which is said to have the ability to allow harvests to stay ripe and grow continuously all year long. Personally I think it be hilarious to see Varian question the logistics of how it works even though he knows magic is real

        I recently rewatched that episode and that does seem like a good idea, I’ll put that in my prompt list. I also want to have a chapter where he and Flurry join Rainbow, Scoot, Rarity, Sweetie and AJ and Apple Bloom on their annual camping trip after rewatching Sleepless in Ponyville recently

      I think the trip to the dark kingdom took almost a year or around a year actually, so quite a commitment if he does tag along with them. I’m super excited for the next part to start but I’m trying to keep to my ‘giving myself a week’ thing I told myself when I posted the last chapter of the first part. But soon!

        I can’t wait! And you’re doing a really good job with the world building and explanations!! And I definitely didn’t know I needed a tangled and my little pony cross over till I stumbled upon this amazing book!! Make sure to take breaks and eat rest and rehydrate! We can starve for a day or two so you can rest (that sounds bad I don’t mean to be mean just saying you should take a break and that we can wait if you need it)

          Oh writing brings me joy I do it when I’m not at work, always have I just only recently started posting my fics. I work overnights so on my weekends I have around 4 hours minimum where I need to do something quiet before I can do any home chores, so I get a lot of writing done in general.
          I just want to make sure I’m a few chapters ahead in case I get sick again like I did a few times during part 1, I’m prone to migraine attacks that debilitate me for a day or so. The break is solely to get ahead and also play some video games with friends
