to answer your question about the beasts, they're all childhood friends, like the ancients were before they became the ancient heroes. they drifted apart over the course of their corruption, but they all secretly think of each other fondly. as for subordinates, i'm going to touch on the subordinates relationship to their respective beasts in each fic(cloud haetae being a close and lifelong companion to mystic flour is something i plan on expanding on in a future chapter, as well as the whole thing with nutmeg tiger at the start of the burningcheese fic), but they don't really have much of a relationship or opinion on each other's subordinates. they all kind of do their own thing these days, and though some joined more into the corruption of each beast(like pavlova and black sapphire), some have kind of always been around, in a way(cloud haetae has always been around to guard mystic flour's temple, nutmeg tiger's family has served burning spice for generations and is the only lineage of the wild spices that served the herald of change as well, before she was candy apple serving the master of decit apple faerie served the fount of knowledge etc). but the beasts themselves don't really do more than be aware of this.
