    Dude Alan Rickman will always be the best Snape. I just love all the little things he added to the movies. It completely altered my perceptuon of Snape looking back. I think he's what makes the movies so rewatchable honestly. It doesn't mean anything until you know the end. That's the crazy thing about it. Like up until DH and DH2 I did not like Snape all that much. I read the books as they released when I was young so I feel like I was always like, he's a jerk. Lol and then it was like. Tear City. 😭

      I fully agree with you!!! (Especially the part you say: "It doesn't mean anything until you know the end." 👀 Tear city INDEED!)

      Alan is/was Snape IMHO!! And Alan mande me like (love?) Snape as well!! I just wished he was younger when filming, to match Snape's real age.

        Omg. Hard agree. Like as a kid I could never tell how old he was because all teachers were "old" but now it's very clear that Snape (and McGonagall) in the movies ended up wayyy older than they were in the books. I think that's why sometimes I have a hard time picturing scenes in my head because the age gap was so huge....
