It’s so rare to see a post canon fic where Victor is still in his Machine Herald form and you have no idea how much I cherish it. It’s all so juicy: the body horror! The consequences of discarding his humanity but only half way because he can still feel! The guilt of being in the body that hurt so many, not least of all Jayce!
Speaking of Jayce “get over it” Talis! Listen I love me some still-clinging-to-their-repression nerds as much as the next reader but this Jayce didn’t crawl his way out of literal hell and come back irrevocably changed to dance around his feelings for Viktor anymore. He’s SO done and honestly? King shit.
