Well it seems pretty likely that she's a vampire rather than a metamorphmagus, the way she knew Vanya's middle name, the way she mentioned Vanya finding others of her kind to learn from, plus what has been said by both her and other characters about vampires having collections of old clothes and artefacts, and it could be unrelated but there's also the fact that a vampire women recently bought the butcher's whole supply of pigs blood.
