    Hi, I read your reply to my previous comment and I agree with your reasons. In fact, it's nice to see a different take on the characters that we're used to in terms of personality, and it's understandable why you made the changes to my suggestions... I suppose due to the influence of the manga (and even the fan animation made by YouTuber Pedro Araujo. If you have time, I invite you to watch his Pokemon videos; they're very entertaining), it's hard for me to imagine Ethan not being a hot-headed and cocky trainer or Kris not being calm and calculating; thanks for giving these characters a fresh look.

    Oh, and here are some new ideas for the prompts:
    1) When Ethan and Kris discovered that Leader Jasmine wasn't available at the Gym because she was taking care of the sick Ampharos at the Lighthouse, instead of most other Trainers simply saying they'd wait or the more hateful ones saying that the Leader was just giving them a lame excuse not to battle; The duo, without hesitation, did everything they could to help cure the poor Pokémon. They may be dorks and partners in crime, but when a critical situation arises, they are always willing to save the day.

    2) It has been said that sometimes, not only the trainer chooses their Pokémon, but the Pokémon also choose their trainers. This happened when both Kris and Eusine, upon encountering Suicune, competed to see who would keep it, and that's when the Aurora Pokémon chose to go with her. Much later, Eusine still wonders why, despite his devotion and admiration for Suicune, it chose Kris instead of him, but Ethan knew it: behind the mischievous girl, Suicune saw a person with a pure soul inside her and, like the Pokémon, she goes about the world to cleanse any filth or corruption.

      Hello! Thank you for those suggestions and I’m glad my reasons made sense. I’ve just finished the fourth chapter with the second suggestion being prompt #32 and the first suggestion being prompt #33. Along with that prompt #34 is kind of a continuation of prompt #33, though it could also be read as a later stand alone. Also, please let me know what you think of prompts #36 & #37. I’m thinking of writing a separate fanfic based on that with Ethan and Kris. Anyways, once again thank you and please let me know if you have anymore feedback.
