Comment on Hedonistic with the gravel, drawing dead eyes

  1. Yeah, this is exactly why I was confused with what everyone wanted from Brian because he clearly grew to love Gus very much but it's still messed up that his friends just decided for him that he'd bond with this baby

    1. That part made me sad. They literally fostered the bond, then practically forced him to legally disassociate himself from Gus, and ultimately alienated Gus from him.
The boy who already remembers and calls him dad. Gus doesn't know that Brian isn't his legal father, only that Dad is no longer there. I think Justin was the only one who realized that, in my opinion.

But Brian doesn't fight over what's really important, at least not without incentive. That's why Justin is so important in Brian's life. A Justin who's more comfortable in his place, I think, would be more vocal about his discomfort.

And Deb's opinion isn't the healthiest. With more confidence, I think Jennifer could be a better guide for Brian, at least in the family aspect.

      1. Yes! And yeah Brian is by no means a saint but Justin on the other hand has always had pretty good stances on things, and yeah I think Jennifer is likely the best choice to help Brian work out what exactly he is in Gus' life(fun fact that's kind of what one of the next chapters will be about)
