I absolutely adore your JJ characterization, always. He is so incredibly tough and so incredibly hurt at the same time. It is crazy and I think your JJ is the toughest if them all, most stubbornly refusing to go down no matter what happens. Love it! I don't love the self-loathing as much but it is painfully true to character. 😭 He is so so wrong abkut so much of it but you know there's no easy way for him to grasp how loved he clactually is. It is heartbreaking.
Him not understanding and freaking out at Kie saving him hurt me 💔 But it is very real.
And another aspect I love about this is how they all start to get him little by little. The realization that he is very much not fine, no matter what he says, and that they should've known better.
