    Woah okay so. I first read this a couple years ago after my second reread of The Martian. Checking my old bookmarks I got to read up to chapter 26.
    Now, having just finished my sixth reread of The Martian (and subsequently my like eight rewatch or something of the movie lol) I just reread the original 26 chapters plus catching up on the 11 chapters I missed out on in the interim. It is now one am and I can't say I regret staying up to indulge in this fic.
    I can not overstate how much I adore this fic. Since it's been a few years I had forgotten just how much of this epilogue piece had worked into my brain and I basically accepted a lot of it as canon subconsciously!
    I'm really glad you've kept updating this fic and I'm exceptionally glad I rediscovered it. I just wished I had found it earlier and kept up with it for longer because now we're so close to the end and I'm gonna be so sentimental when it's done!!
    Can't wait to see where you go with it. I'm in love with the way you capture characters' internal monologs in the log entries as well as how you translate those characters quirks into 3rd person prose without losing any personality ♡♡♡
