Well, Hazel herself, a powerful demigoddess of her own, mistook Percy for a god when she first saw him. He's closer to godhood than to mortality, especialy since Tartarus. Actually, he probably would have ascended there if not for Annabeth. But he definitively "broke" something inside himself (pieces of his mortality), even if he "rebuilded" it for her sake.
Though si wonder if long his mortality will last if mortals see him and think him a god...
