      Well I wouldn't say I *love* the trope either, buuuuut it does make for some good fluff recovery arc stuff later on lmao. And to be fair, you'll see in the next chapter that it's not as tragic as you think (I hope?). And don't worry, there will be happy endings for everyone :)
