Summary:

The moment of disorientation was nothing compared to the next thing he saw. He was standing in the midst of an airport, looking directly at a girl with the familiar red leather coat. The mutual recognition was instant. Leipzig.
 
Or, Peter and Wanda sent back in time to stop the inevitable. Good news: they are not alone. Bad news: who and from when.

Notes:

Peter and Wanda had always been my favourite MCU characters because of how their past made who they are today. Unfortunately we have yet to see their interaction (except for that one brief shot where they fought each other in CW) so I decided to write something before NWH and MoM's releases. While this is a time travel story, it will contain spoilers from FFH and WandaVision, and some speculations as to what happened after. It's my first time publicly posting my writing so I will do my best to keep this entertaining for everyone. Thanks for reading!

Raging flames. Collapsed buildings.

Raging flames. Plane wreckages.

I know what it’s like to lose.

The pain. Awakened was a great power.

The pain. Born was a great power.

Dread it.

Shots. Then feeling life to death.

Shots. Then seeing life to death.

Run from it.

“We don’t trade lives.”

“Spare his life.”

Destiny arrives all the same.

“It’s all right.”

“You’re all right.”

Perfectly balanced.

“Now is no time at all.”

“There was no other way.”

As all things should be.

“You took everything from me.”

“We won. You did it.”

You couldn’t live with your own failure.

“If you won’t let us go, just let us die.”

“If you were good enough, maybe Tony would still be alive.”

“And that makes you the Scarlet Witch.”

“Spider-Man’s name is Peter Parker!”
