I colored the Satella Avatar here:
As you can see, I kinda' messed up the coloring and the eyes look weird. It's my fault.
To sharpen my non-existent skills, I challanged myself to draw something much more difficult. So spending hours trying...I made this:
It's faaar from perfect. What do you think? Oh, and the tiny figure in the head? That's Subaru—!
- Why not golden like Eternal?
Well, in my story, gold is not the theme for Subaru or Satella. It's purple/Amethyst, my favourite color. Hope Eternal wouldn’t mind. 😝
- Same plot?
The only thing same is "Satella is sealed inside Subaru". Nothing else is the same. In fact, it's going to be my biggest Re:Zero project yet.
- Did I draw all these?
Shockingly, yes. I did. A bit of motivation, some references and a lot of patience is all you need. The most difficult part was drawing Satella's avatar. Took me twelve hours of non-stop trials, I finally did it.
I couldn’t draw Subaru's face. At all. It looked too much like Okabe for some reason. So I decided to trace and practice directly from the anime. After two days of relentless efforts, I had finally managed to draw his face properly.
