Hello, welcome to Putting the Ever in Forever, or as I like to shorten it, PEF!

This is a series which will feature mostly Grian and Mumbo, as well as mostly implied Grumbo. It will follow the canon timelines and plots of Season 7, but will, of course, be somewhat canon-divergent. A lot of the parts can be considered stand-alone, but they will make more sense if read from the start. Probably.

Mostly one-shots, with the rare 2-3 chaptered work once in a while. A lot of angst, hurt & comfort, parental feels bc Grumbot and Jrumbot, fluff and friendship between hermits. Expect a looot of soft feels, seriously. And angst. I love to hurt my boys and take advantage of the canon plots.

Also, I love repeating myself, but this I will say only once. This is Minecraft personas only!! If you're uncomfortable with any of this, kindly ignore it. Thank you!

 

Small print: I have no idea what I'm doing, this is my first series and I'm sort of scared to the commitment, so it might take... a lot of time for every part to published. And yes every part will have 'Ever' in its title bc I am Like That (TM).

Next part & date: Eververve - tba. Context: Grian starts the Mayor campaign with the goal Mumbo for Mayor. He thinks that this would be a great opportunity to get back at him for hermit challenges, but also to start spending more time together. He builds the headquarters, manages to meet with Mumbo and become his manager. Together, they come up with the idea of Grumbot, an AI that could help them win.

 

EDIT 10/08/2021: As of today, the series is on hiatus. I have gotten pretty burned out on it as well as pretty discouraged by the new wave of anti hermit shipping that seems to be popping up. I once again remind that I in no way shape or form ship irl people. I am only shipping the personna, character and role they act in their series. That aside, Hermitcraft is dear to me, but I'm slowly finding myself leaving the fandom and series. I apologize to all those who were eager to read more. Maybe in the future I'll return and continue this series.
