Summary

The shinobi forces had started off the 4th Great Ninja War strong. They had lost the war. All but officially.
There was only one way they could fix this.
The idea had come to Naruto about a week ago. Well, technically, it was Ken and Sai’s idea.
“Hey, Shika?” They had been quietly eating together, neither of them having much to say, lost in their own thoughts.
Shikamaru made a sound that vaguely sounded like a “Yeah?”
“What if someone were to come up with a ninjutsu - or like a fuinjutsu, probably, that would be a better option anyway - but like, say someone was trying to come up with a way to travel through time using some sort of jutsu, y’know, do you think that would work?” Pause. “Hypothetically, obviously, y’know.”in which Naruto travels back in time to stop the apocalypse and meet a bunch of dead people to make sure they don't die, and meet a bunch of not-dead people and make sure they do.

Summary
There is a spike in suicide rates and Tim finds it suspicious. So he goes ahead and work on it. He investigated, went out to find anything that can help him, and compiled incidents.
The case have been taking up a lot of his time, and he's been loosing sleep on it. Not unusual with Tim's other cases, but for some reason, he can't figure out why even if he tries, sleep won't come to him.
Or,
While investigating a case, Tim is drugged with something that makes him unable to sleep.
Is it related to the case or was it something different? Either way this needs to be solved before Tim goes crazy with sleep deprivation.

Shanks averted his gaze, a barely noticeable smile playing on his lips. It felt as though the air around him had suddenly changed, and the world itself subtly adjusted its contours, as if he had become part of something greater. Mihawk couldn’t have described it accurately with words, nor did he try to at the moment.
Just as he didn’t try to ask how Shanks knew. Why he had suddenly arrived. Why his ship was nowhere in sight, even though the castle windows faced the direction where docking would be most convenient.
Why, at this very moment, when a boy with emptiness inside had fallen into Mihawk’s hands, did the man come, whose eyes held no emptiness at all?
No, there was no emptiness in Shanks, but it would have been better if there had been, because the Abyss that stared at Mihawk through his eyes was far more terrifying.
"Well, I helped where I could, it’s time for me to go," Shanks had been sitting in the chair across from him just moments ago, and now he was standing, stretching like a cat, all his limbs extending. The fact that he was missing one arm didn’t seem to stop him from looking as though it was still there.
