Summary
Bucky crowded into the booth next to Tony and slung a friendly–and protective– arm around him. “Names James Buchanan but friends call me Bucky and pretty people like you get to call me Bronco.”
He winked and Tony blushed nearly scarlet, stammering uncertainly. “Well, I–I– you– um–”
“You wanna know why they call me Bronco, sweet thing?”
“Now see here!” Ty started to object but shut up abruptly when a rather large hand clapped down on his shoulder, Steve having to apply next to no pressure to keep the other man seated.
“Now see here.” Steve repeated, voice lowering dangerously. “I think you should reconsider your tone, because if you start a scene I can guarantee me and Bucky will finish it and you don’t want that to happen.”
“Sure would be a shame if I had to ruin this pretty table by putting you through it.” Bucky added, and when Steve sent him a look, Bucky ever so casually tugged at Tony’s sleeve so Steve could see just the start of finger shaped bruises at his wrist. “Tell me Tony, how do you feel about coming over and finishing your Valentines Day dinner with us?”

Summary
In which Ned Stark takes one look at the stranger’s unnatural beauty, silver hair and queer eyes and comes to the logical conclusion that the Old Gods have saddled him with yet another Targaryen. Tobirama, on the other hand, can’t quite bring himself to resent being surrounded by tall, kooky Northerners who claim the wolf as their sigil. Senju are all well and good, but Tobirama’s mother was a Hatake. Yes, this second go at it is all sorts of relaxing, even if his hosts seem impossibly soft and naive for—any life, really, much less such an overtly political one.

Summary
Ahsoka Tano traveled through time, changing the course of history by inadvertently saving Jaster Mereel's life. Inadvertently because she came back as a 6 months old infant. She managed to record a Holocron detailing all she knew about the coming fifty years before most of her memories faded away, too much for her still developing brain. Ahsoka, now Ashla Mereel, has to navigate growing up a second time while dealing with echoes of a time that never will be, fussing older siblings, and the drive to change thing while not knowing how or why.
Meanwhile Jaster Mereel is determined to ensure Mandalore will not fall, and making use of everything he has so that his youngest child will not have to live through this nightmare a second time. If he and Plo have their way, she will never have to, but the Sith Master proves to be evasive, especially when they do not wish to alert the Sith of their foreknowledge just yet. Well, if there's anything Mandalorians excel at, it's a good hunt.Series

Summary
The type of person who will look at the world’s injustices and decide to fix them is, sadly, not the type of person that has a healthy relationship with self-worth.
It took Jason and B to get Tony to pay attention initially, but that doesn’t matter much. He knew that he would do unspeakable things for the kid since he laid eyes on him, blissed-out and nodding off in the basement of the abandoned warehouse he crawled into.

Summary
Lora has always found small, petty bastards boring - the kinds who tried to make her and so many others’ lives a misery in the city. They’ve just got so little imagination. Their excuses are all the same, it’s just a matter of scale. Even if they pretend to be misguidedly noble, the self-interest slips through eventually. Evil in stories is grand, elegant, tragic. It has really good tailoring. Evil in real life? It’s banal, grey or mud-soaked, and seems to take place in offices half the time, for some reason. Good, that cheap, trite thing in too many stories? In reality, it’s a sudden sparkling surprise every time it happens; Baldur’s Gate is not a place known for being gentle. People are more beautiful when they do a good thing. The sky is brighter, the grass just a little bit greener.
Astarion's a small, petty bastard. All that’s true, and real. So why does she keep talking to him? Why isn’t she bored?
(Early-game Lora and Astarion, and trying to understand each other.)

Summary
When he turns his attention to the large tent they're approaching, he sees a ghost through the mesh that stops him in his tracks. And then Norton opens the door and BJ realizes that, no, he's not losing his marbles, actually. Sidney Freedman really is standing directly in the center of the tent, in the flesh, and he's staring right back at BJ.
Sidney smiles first, brighter than BJ can remember ever seeing in recent memory, and it wakes him up to catch the door before it swings shut in his face.
"BJ Hunnicutt," Sidney says airily, sweeping his eyes straight down his form and back up again. "By my stars, they finally got sick of you and transferred you out."
~~~
When BJ is summoned to demonstrate a surgical technique at the 8209th, the last person he's expecting to run into is Sidney Freedman. The man has an uncanny ability to uncover the most deeply buried secrets.
