Summary
Jon's heard the legend before, of course, of the fog that comes out at night in the Blackwood Forest and consumes those it touches, never to be seen again. But putting so much stock in a local legend, in what is essentially a child’s tale, is ridiculous, and Jon will have no part of it.
There has almost certainly never been a man called Blackwood living in this forest.
