Summary
The Sanders Unit is a mental institution open to any mentally ill child aged 12 - 18. Sanders specialises in long term stays but is also equipped to hold patients for short periods of time. Our friendly staff have all been trained to handle and help young people with various mental conditions and are dedicated to the well-being of the children.
When Virgil finds himself in a mental ward for the first time, he's terrified. He assumed he would be locked behind metal doors in rooms with padded walls, psychos trying to kill him at every turn.
Patton has been in hospital more times than she can count due to his leg, but being admitted for her mental health has tipped the balance in his mind.
This is just another Tuesday for Janus. He's been in and out of places like this for years, so this one won't be any different.
Roman and Remus have been locked up for months now, and have just about given up ever getting out.
And Logan's got his whole life ahead of him, he will not let this admission affect his plans.Can they help each other be happy?
TLDR: I'm projecting my experience in psych wards onto the sides and making a (hopefully good) story out of it. It's not going to get too dark dw :))
