Summary
Taking a break from my longfics, I have decided to recreate my very first-ever fanfic story. The tale of The Nightmare Before Christmas, but the main cast has been replaced with multiple characters from multiple different forms of media. A shortfic where you don't know just who to expect, and will take who's place.
The same tale of the sadden Soul King...who tires from his crown and casts off in search of something new. Join the Soul King, Brook as he takes the mantle of Soul King, as he accidentally brings ruin to Christmas. As chaos ensues, one elf is brave enough to go on a journey of his own to apprehend Brook in the name of Christmas.

Before the arrival of the Harvey’s, Casper had been mostly content with the lack of memories. The ever present knowledge that he’d had a life before this, but it mattered little beyond its existence. He was a ghost. His name was Casper. He lived with his Uncles in Whipstaff. He spent his days wandering the halls when he wasn’t working tirelessly for them or trying his hardest to stay out of their way. Wash. Rinse Repeat.
But memories were the same as chocolate. You could live your life without it happily.
Until someone gave you a taste.
Cross over, the memory of his father calls. If you just cross over, you'll remember. Me. You. Everything. He extended a hand. You with me?
And without looking back (at Whipstaff, at Friendship, at the Uncle's who wouldn't care), Casper followed.
Or:
A young girl digs up memories. A friendly ghost falls away to follow them. And three Uncles remember what they may have lost after it's already gone.

Summary
...Pretty much just random Christmas drabbles and one-shots because I am a Disney/'Pinocchio' geek and freak, and I want to write something else Christmasy while being stuck on 'But There's Someone Else We Should Mention'; plus, was inspired a while back to write some non-related *sweet* non-angsty/tragic Geppetto x Pinocchio thanks to the author of 'Wood Become Flesh' (you know who you are).

Poor Rudolph is born with a glowing red nose, and most people (children AND *adults*) laugh at him and call him names for it. Does he have *ANY friends* at all?? Of course! Hermey the blond elf who'd prefer to be a dentist over a toymaker, the two sweet and kind does Clarice and Zoey, Santa himself ...and three of Santa's blood family???
Yes! Santa has a kind and gentle son who also happens to be a toymaker called 'Geppetto', who in turn has a wise-cracking intelligent husband by the name of 'Jiminy Cricket' (the North Pole's main therapist)- and they both have a sweet, smart, and kind-natured son 'Pinocchio', who has self-esteem and bullying issues of his own because though born of flesh-and-blood rather than carved out of pinewood touched by magic, he also happens to have *long grey donkey ears and a matching tail*, like Dominick the Donkey or Nestor...
Rudolph's and 'Nocchi's' hearts are broken and their eyes often full of tears; can the both of them help each other heal through friendship and eventual love?
