Summary
During a routine raid with Malk and his crew, Din comes across a strange creature- a child. Fearing for the child's life, Din escapes with nothing but the clothes on his back, his sword, and the strange mythosaur pendant his father left him before he died.
Alternatively: Din, who became a pirate out of necessity, finds this weird sea creature baby and runs away with it.
