“Are you trying to steal my car?” Topper asked. JJ snorted.
“If I was going to steal your car, you wouldn’t know it. Hot wiring is easier than stealing keys.”
“That’s not very reassuring.”
“Well, the fact I’m a Maybank isn’t either. Comes with the territory.” Topper couldn’t argue with that.~~~~~
Or Topper really needs to get back on Rafe’s good side, but JJ Maybank keeps crashing into his life. And this time, Topper can’t exactly go home.
