Sophie is the one who breaks the silence, watching their mom hit the floor, blood blooming from the side of her head, Jamie has eyes only for the man standing above her. That shares Sophie’s bright hair and his dark eyes. He grips her hand tighter when she tries to rush forward. She’s little, she doesn’t remember, not the fights. Not mom and dad screaming at each other in the middle of the night. Not mom crying out at every strike. Definitely not hiding just above the edge on the stairs watching as mommy was beat down into the couch until she couldn’t move anymore.

Summary
Miraculous adventures await as Max and his Dementor companion go through time rescuing children and animals from the corrupted and deadly world that once was their home. Of course, there is more than just one type of danger that is common among Earth and the Transformers aren’t the only ones who deal with them.
(For those of you reading this now, I apologize for Kia being a Dementor but changing much of her character at this point isn't possible for this fic. She will be depicted as a Blind Death Minicon instead in later installments of her character. Yes, Max was originally a Harry Potter OC but that was back in 2015. I changed him over to a Transformers and although I am keeping the magical elements somewhat of his character and his companions, they will be under different circumstances in the Transformers realm. So, forgive me, but I want to make that clear for this fic.)
