Summary
On September 19th, 1979, the life of Bellatrix Black was forever altered. 16 years and an Azkaban stay later, Bellatrix is tired of waiting, and begins the process of claiming her witch. Hermione Granger receives a ring and innocently slides it on her finger, changing her life as she knows it, and paving her path to destiny.
**A revamped/rewritten version is coming soon and will replace this one (fall/winter 2025). No major plot changes, but improved POVs, formatting/dialogue, pacing, and a fleshed out/extended ending!**

'Opposites'
Harrison was opposite to his sister- Hope- in every way: Where she could barely control her magic, he could summon things when he was only one; where she was trained by tutors to defeat the dark lord, he was in the past getting trained by the founders; And where she was giving her life for the light, he became a new sign of hope for the dark.

Wrong G/BWL Au, Harrison time travels to the past to grow up with the founders only to go back to the future a month before his first day at hogwarts. He decided that the dark side shares more of his ideas than the light side does and eventually even finds love in the man his sister is trying to destroy.
(This sounds so sappy, I promise it's not.)

During the events of Dark Empire, Mara infiltrates the Emperor's stronghold on Byss to rescue a Luke Skywalker who doesn't actually want a rescue at all. Because why should he content himself with being a black pawn, when he could be the black king?
Or: your author was bothered by how the EU doesn't really deal with Luke falling to the Dark Side in Dark Empire, and also how Mara wasn't there, so decided to write a missing scene that explains, at least, why he got a new prosthetic hand during the comic.

Jon exhales a short and soft breath. The first and only sign that he is alive.
Damian feels his own heart swell in relief.
