Summary
It has been a month since Prince Aleksos has been told he will be a diplomat to the small nation of the coast of the wildlands. It has been two weeks since he set sail toward the Island Nation alongside his new merchant lord ward, Kadir Faizen. It's been a week since he made port and introduced himself with feign enthusiasm to the Lord's and nobles of the capital and met the charming noble Casana and his betrothed, Basari. It's been two days since their negotiated meeting was indefinitely postponed. And it's been one day since Prince Aleksos and Kadir found Prince Basari unconscious outside of the castle walls.
Working alongside Cas, Aleksos must find the cause of Basari’s new ailments, while also juggling the strange new emotions he feels for both the dying prince and his charming groom.
