Summary
Ren had expected to find a lot of things when he returned home from his 2-day business trip to Boatem. He had expected to find his house messy, as he had forgotten to clean before he left. He had expected to find his coffee pot broken, because Grian had broken it a few months ago and forgotten to replace it. He had even expected some sort of prank from his competition, dragging him into a war he knew he wouldn’t win.
He had not expected to find a fixed coffee pot and a nest of blankets on the floor of the one unused closet he had. He had not expected to go downstairs into his basement and find that all of his marketing notes had been moved into a pile on one table to make way for scientific equipment.
And he most certainly had not expected to find a creeper-hybrid in a lab coat bent over one of said pieces of scientific equipment. But here he was, sitting in a chair that was much too small, as it was made for Ren and not the much larger creeper-hybrid.
Aka- Ren and Doc meet for the first time because Doc has set up shop in his basement. Ren just wants him to leave, and nobody really knows what Doc wants.
