Summary
You reach your hand toward him, the other still curled around Bucky’s ribs, and he comes to you as if magnetically drawn, as if his feet barely touch the floor, catching your chin and kissing you so slow and sweet you feel abruptly as though you may cry, and, oh, oh, this is going to be terrifically intense. Not because of them, individually, although there is that, but because the dichotomy between Buck’s knife-edged sadism and Steve’s honey-soft inexorability is just, it’s- it’s unpredictable and they work off each other the same way you’ve seen them fight on the news, each filling the spaces the other leaves behind until they’re a single indomitable entity.
