Summary
With their partnership resumed and operating once again, Manco and Mortimer set off across New Austin to chase after yet another bounty. Firstly, though, they have to deal with the mysterious bounty hunter who is after their prey.
However, said hunter has a proposition of his own and is unwilling to back down. Mortimer and Manco therefore find themselves in a peculiar situation, with Mortimer working hard to figure out the stranger's identity and Manco getting caught up in his feelings for both his partner and the hunter, who seems to be just as driven by his past as he is haunted by it.
