They were separated. One twin left behind to die at the hands of the Stitchwraith. The other, blasted through a dimensional portal along with that odd little foxchild-turned-weapon, FC, into a post-apocalyptic world taken over by bloodthirsty animatronics.
If it were up to Bloodmoon1, they would simply kill the kit and get back home on their lonesome, but the caretaker code Montgomery Gator flooded their systems with won’t allow them to either harm nor abandon a child in need. And even if they were able, FC is the only one between them who knows how to sail the Pacific Ocean and get them back to a working dimensional portal.
Which means, for now, they have a begrudging truce.

Hello! This is a Dead Dove: Do Not Dead story of SAMS/LAES. I wrote this from my own AU which I have yet to write on this AO3 platform. Those that are not into these type of stories, (and to those who did not read the tags-) this story is a dark fic about Sun, Moon, and Lunar. Lunar is disabled and special. No, he’s not autistic, because I never studied nor ever really understood how autism is. So, as a disclaimer, if Lunar is acting too much like a baby, I did that intentionally. Not because of a goal to make him seem special, this is just how he acts in this story that I derived from my head. Also, yes, there a LOT of sexual themes, (and they also do have sex) AND, they are NOT related. Lastly, there are mentions and flashbacks of abuse. It took three loopovers of all the memories of his life thus far for Scythe to get bored. Ten for him to get angry at Puppet for trapping him here. He lost count by the time he gave up and stopped watching the memories entirely.
What was truly odd though was that even in this strange looping existence, Scythe could tell something was changing. It was somewhere around the fiftieth loop he noticed that the blood didn’t excite him anymore, not due to boredom, but because the instinct to go after blood was simply gone.
It was around the same time that he lost count of the loops that the blood started to actively nauseate him.
